Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. If you need your order sooner, select Express Delivery at checkout for faster shipping.
Yes – we offer Next Working Day Delivery on eligible orders placed before the cut-off time. Exact cut-off times and pricing are shown at checkout.
Absolutely – OddBalls ships across the EU and globally. International shipping options, delivery times, and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
If you’re in the EU, orders under €150 won’t be charged import duties or tax. For orders over €150 or outside the EU, local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Start by checking your tracking link and allowing a few extra days (especially during peak times). If it’s still missing, drop us a message with your order number and we’ll sort it.
Check safe places, ask your neighbours, or look behind bins – it happens! If you still can’t find it, get in touch with your order number and we’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement.
Yes – but only if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to update it before dispatch.
No worries – once we receive it back at our warehouse, we’ll be in touch to offer a resend or refund, depending on your preference.
You’ve got 30 days from dispatch to return or exchange an item. Just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and still has all tags attached.
We don’t accept returns on opened underwear or swimwear unless the item is faulty.

Yes – return postage isn’t covered. You’ll need to use a tracked postal service and cover the cost yourself. We won’t be able to refund items that don’t reach us without proof of delivery.
Yes – we’ll refund you the portion of the bundle price that applies to the item returned (not the full standalone product price).
If returning items means your order no longer meets the free gift threshold, please include the gift in your return—or we’ll deduct its value from your refund.
Unfortunately not—our HQ isn’t open to the public, and we can't accept returns in person.
If the item came in our new sealed paper packaging and you’ve opened it, we can’t accept a return—even if it’s unworn. This is for hygiene and resale reasons.
We process refunds within 14 working days of receiving your return. You’ll get an email confirmation once it's been issued.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll review the
issue and arrange a replacement or refund quickly if neccessary.
Yes. If your underwear, socks, or any other OddBalls product is faulty on arrival or
develops a fault soon after purchase, we’ll replace it. Just get in touch with your order details and photos of the issue.
We recommend reporting any damage or faults within 30 days of receiving your order. This helps us resolve the problem quickly and ensure you get a working replacement.

No—subscriptions already come with built-in discounts and perks, so promo codes aren’t valid on subscription purchases.
You can only return subscription items if they’re faulty (as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging).
Head to “Manage Subscription” in your account and update your preferences there. Just make sure to do it before the next billing date (1st of the month).
You’ll be charged for your first subscription when you sign up. After that, billing takes place on the 1st of each month, with retry attempts on the 2nd and 3rd. If payment still fails by the 7th, the subscription will be cancelled.
Subscriptions are shipped on the 2nd or 3rd of each month and usually arrive within 3–5 working days.
Absolutely! If you want both underwear and socks, you can set up separate subscriptions for each. Just note that additional subscriptions will start from the following month.
Yes! You can buy a 3-, 6- or 12-month subscription gift card which gets sent physically to the recipient. They redeem it online and get a surprise each month—no ongoing commitment required.
